I’ll meet you wherever you are and offer tools, healing practices, and guidance to help you move through blocks and step into your power. As the nature of this work is incredibly personalized, it varies based on your needs and desires, but is always self-empowering.

Deep nature connection work and over a decade of as a strategist informs my intuitive and gentle approach. I hold space and witness you in your full power and then give you the practical support you need to realize your dreams.

I created this mentorship because it’s what I wish I had and it is what I most love to do.

How it works: It starts with an intake form and filling out a proprietary nature-centered life design framework. From there, you will get assignments to do between our 50 minute weekly calls. This mentorship is adaptogenic — if you need to be pushed, I will push you. If you need support in healing, we will focus on that. If you need to replenish yourself, you will get that.

I recommend a four month container to start. Investment is $950/month.

consulting

Bespoke support for individuals and teams as you birth a specific soul project and bring your gifts more fully into this world. This work is deep and inherently healing. You will remove blockages and get clear on what you’re here to create.

If you’d like a quick jolt, we can do a one month container with weekly calls. Otherwise I work in a six month ceremonial container. We can meet in person or work remotely. You’ll come away with an offering in the world.

I believe in bringing you into the process and that brands are living entities that continually need to adapt and evolve.

Space holding and intuitive strategy for creative processes to unfold. I work with leaders and teams who are in a process of transition, rebirthing, and creating. This work is always in person and held in Nature. You’ll come away feeling clear and empowered.

experience design

All life is sacred and everything is ceremony. I work with Nature to design experiences that allow individuals and groups to connect deeply to themselves, each other and the Earth. This can be anything from a two hour experience to a multi-day immersion. I have a vast network of creators, artists, teachers, and mentors who I collaborate with.

principles that guide my work x life

we create at our level of consciousness. The big work is to increase our consciousness by attuning to Nature and listening to what really wants to come through.

we are all creative beings. Creativity is healing. Healing is creative. We have something that we are born to do and when we tap into that, we tap into our soul work. The world will be healed by people doing soul work.

everything happens in cycles. Time is not linear. The creative process is seasonal and we are always growing and expanding. By understanding where we are and where we want to go, we’re more able to trust the process and the Mystery.

our bodies, our hearts, and the Earth are our guides. In a world of so much noise and distraction, it’s more important than ever to cultivate your intuition and deep listening. You can’t outsource your intuition.

if it doesn’t work for all beings and the planet, it doesn’t work. Solutions at this time must enable everyone to thrive.

what we create has the energy of how we created it. If we create from a place of stress and anxiety, what we create will feel like that. how something starts is how it grows. if we create from love and gratitude and deep connection, anything is possible.

the personal and planetary are the same. The outside is a reflection of the inside. When we heal anything we heal everything.

we are each on a journey of reconnection. It might look different for everyone. The Earth is waking up and so are all of us. Be gentle and kind.
