As a vision doula, I support individuals, communities, and organizations through transformational healing experiences that lead to greater clarity and alignment around shared purpose.

My unique process is at the intersection of healing, nature connection, and creative strategy. Having healed myself from Lyme Disease (twice!), I have the tools to meet you where you are, wherever you are, and help propel you to the next level.
